Before the mess at the hospital, we were able to take Gable's newborn pictures. We had to go twice because, when we arrived the first time, Gable had no intention of sleeping. She was wide awake. We tried to get her to sleep but she wanted to be social...go figure.
I took her back to the photographer a few days later and after a few hours, she was finally asleep and ready to pose. I think we got some great pictures and I'm very happy with them. Now, we just need to decide which one we're going to use for the birth annoucements so we can get those out...someday (:
