Happy two months, baby girl.
You are all smiles these days. I absolutely adore you more every single day. I am so grateful to have this time to spend with you at home. We are starting to read books together and sing together (I've had to brush up on my finger songs). You are also so much more calm then you were a few weeks ago. You're eating so much more (4+ ozs.) and faster (10+ minutes) and usually only get hungry every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. We're trying to follow the eat, play, sleep routine (thanks, Baby Wise). You actually slept 7 hours in a row the last two nights (thanks to your daddy's tight swaddling) but you were wide awake this morning at 4:30am...ummm...can we do something about that soon?
Your daddy lights up everytime he sees you and takes every opportunity he has to spend time with you. Night time and naps are becoming less of a fight to get your down (thank you) and your routine is becoming a bit more pridicitable. You hate tummy time but we still force you to do it because that's the great parents that we are. You love your activity center, though...the lights amuse you. You also love fans, besides your mommy and daddy, it's your favorite thing to stare at. Your new circus trick is to stand up while we're holding you (the little things that amaze us now).
We're having so much fun with you...everyday is a new adventure to you and we're lucky to be a part of it.
We love you.
