It's a Texas thing...

Well, we did it, Roy and I took the plunge! But, since I'm still going through 7900+ pictures from the wedding photographer, I thought I would go ahead and send out bridal portraits for you in the meantime.

So, I've heard that taking bridal portraits before the wedding is a Texas thing. Maybe we're just wrapped up in the entire day so much that we like to extend the occasion as much as possible. Not sure...

We took these pictures mid-September. The weather was amazing - it was a beautiful pre-autumn day. I was joined by my mother, which was also a lot of fun. I thought the pictures turned out very well - we had a great day! Maybe it's because I like to be the center of attention...I have a lot to learn.
